Year 6 SEND TA (Full Time)

£15,500 to £18,000
ASAP until the end of the academic year
The School and Role
With a good Ofsted rating, this Barnsley Primary School is part of a successful multi-academy trust that strives for the best results from all their pupils through a collaborative learning approach. You will be required to work with a Y6 pupil who has SEMH, therefore previous experience working with pupils with similar needs would be preferable. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 08:20-15:30, consistency and reliability is heavily needed within this role.
Requirements
Successful applicants will have:
A minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with children with SEND
Experience working with primary school aged children (preferably within KS2)
A passion for working with children and helping them to succeed
The ability to work with initiative and part of a team
