37 hours, Monday to Friday, term time only plus 2 INSET days, permanent

We are seeking to appoint a Student Well-being Officer to work with a particular year group to safeguard students’ welfare and well-being and to support the Head of Year in developing positive behaviour choices in our students.

Experience of working with young people in a variety of situations is essential. Qualifications required are 4 GCSE’s including English and Maths (Grade 9 to 4, A* to C) along with a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.

This College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. A disclosure and barring services check will be undertaken for the successful applicant.
