Magpie People have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer / Foreman to join a market leading engineering company based in Barnsley. You will be working on an interesting vareity of projects across the UK
The main duties of the role:

Managing the Installation process at the customers site
*
Management of internal teams of engineers along with sub contract engineers working on the site
*
Hands on involvement with mechanical elements of the installation project
*
Liaising with customers and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
*
The role will involve working across the UK with some international travel
You should have:
* Apprentice trained Mechanical Engineer, with experience working on heavy engineering projects, ideally bespoke project work
* Experience in the installation, refurbishment, commissioning and servicing of a variety of large complex structures / moving mechanical equipment
* Extensive knowledge of hydraulic / pneumatic operating systems.
* Wealth of site work experience, working on installation and service work
