Staff365 are looking to recruit a Senior Secretary for our client based in Barnsley. This is a well-established company which offers many benefits and progression opportunities Location: Wombwell, Barnsley Contract: Temp to Perm Start date: ASAP Rate of Pay: £21,576 per annum/£11.06 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours weekThe Role: You will be responsible for actively contributing to the administrative duties and additionally acting as line manager to other staff in the team. This is a key role because there is a significant quality assurance aspect to it, ensuring that in addition to your own work, that the work produced by other team members also reaches high standards. Financial management is also a key aspect of this role and therefore we are looking for someone who has experience of manging accounts and invoicing. You will be a confident individual with strong administrative and IT skills and will ensure a reliable and competent service is provided. Requirements: The successful candidate must have the following: NVQ Level 3 in Administration (may achieve this whilst in post) Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment. Finance administrative experience Experience of organising multiple tasks and managing own time.
