Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. This is a truly unique opportunity to join South Yorkshire Pensions Authority’s friendly and forward thinking ICTteam. We are a growing public sector organisation with a team of around 100 staff who run the workplace pension scheme on behalf of a large number of employing organisations, including Local Authorities and other public bodies, educational institutions and a number of charitable organisations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Joining as Senior ICT Technician, you will support the Infrastructure Manager at a high technical level, to ensure the organisation operates an efficient, secure and stable ICT and telephony infrastructure which is aligned with the business objectives of the Authority.

About you

Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, you will have detailed technical knowledge of communications and network technology, cloud platforms, and software, including Microsoft Windows Client/Server OS and Office 365.
