We are currently seeking experienced and qualified English, Maths and Science teachers to work on long-term assignments in Barnsley. Our agency, REED, has recently won a local agreement and we are able to support core subject teachers with guaranteed work and pay to scale from day one. Daily supply assignments will also be available, with a minimum pay rate of £140 per day.
The ideal candidates will have:
A valid PGCE or QTS in English, Maths or Science
Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
A proven track record of successful classroom management
The ability to adapt to different school environments and teaching styles
A DBS check that is registered on the update service or willingness to undergo a new application with REED
