Registration Officer

We are currently recruiting an ambitious Registration Officer to join our friendly client based in Barnsley Town Centre.

Benefits:

Immediate start
Permanent job role available

Pay Rate – £9.50 per hour

Hours – Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm

Main duties of the job:

Answering the phone and directing calls accordingly
Taking inbound / outbound calls
Dealing with payroll queries
General admin duties and use of bespoke computer systems
Registering people and setting up accounts
Cross-referencing data which has been inputted

Skills Required

Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
Previous admin or call centre experience would be required
Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
People skills
