Elevation Accountancy and Finance are currently working on an fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable and confident Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a reputable business based in the Barnsley area on a full time, permanent basis This fantastic role is not only offering an amazing platform to excel and make a difference within a business, but the chance to be part of a business who promotes development and recognises talent! Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include: * Processing and matching high volume purchase invoices * Query resolution * Posting of purchase ledger invoices * Invoice query management * Posting of payments * Maintaining e-mail accounts * Assistance with the administration of company credit cards * Assistance with reconciling postings * Assistance with posting payment requests * Processing of expense claims Role requirements include: * At least 2 years’ working within a purchase ledger function * Ability to work well in demanding environments * Strong IT skills, with strong Microsoft Excel highly regarded, but not a requirement * Excellent communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join this fast paced business as they go through system implementation and growth.
