Proposals Manager – Barnsley

Our client, a large main contractor are recruiting for a Proposals Manager. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in Barnsley & 3 days from home if you choose. This is a predominately framework based role working on Rail, Civil engineering & utilities projects.

Location:

Barnsley / Working from home

Remuneration:

£55,000 – £75,000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits

The role:

You will be involved in:

Ensuring the adherence of proposals best practice

Proposals on business critical bids.

Ensuring effective mechanisms for sharing experience and best practice.

Safety and Sustainability input to bids and submissions

Development and implementation of new processes, guidance and procedures

Requirements:

Tendering, Bid, Proposals experience

Ideally from an engineering background within Utilities, Civil engineering or Rail

Strong communication skills
