This role has been made available by an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Barnsley amodating approximately 300 students aged between 3 and 11. Your new role
This school are currently looking for a full time KS2 Supply Teacher to start as soon as possible. The role will involve; general teaching duties, delivering and implementing lessons in line with lesson plans, liaising with teaching assistants to ensure every student is learning effectively and being flexible to provide support around the school on corridors and outdoors.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a teaching qualification, experience of working as a teacher, the ability to control a class individually; managing behaviour and learning at all times. Further, you will need to have respect for safeguarding and student well-being, possess advancedmunication skills and the ability to work strongly as part of a team. Finally, you will need to a very flexible member of the team and be willing to engage in any training desired by the school throughout your time there. We will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum and you will need to be willing to undergo a DBS check if you don’t already have a DBS on the update service.
