If yes, we have an opportunity for you to be a Pastoral Support Worker at a specialist school in the S71 area. This role is for an individual who wishes to work closely with students with emotional needs and possible challenging behaviour. As a successful candidate, you will be assisting teachers and staff to achieve learning and behaviour goals.
What you’ll need:
- You’ll require exceptional classroom skills to help pupils learn and engage them with classroom activities.
- Patience and empathy to understand students and provide emotional support.
- Ability to counsel pupils whenever needed.
- You’ll also need to have good communication skills to work together with teachers and staff.
- An enhanced DBS. (which we can process for you if not already held)
What you’ll get:
- £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).
