Part Exchange Coordinator

At William H Brown we have an exciting opportunity for a Part Exchange Co-ordinator to join our Land & New Homes Department team due to our continued expansion and success.

In this role you will help home buyers who are looking to part exchange their homes by providing an efficient administrative and secretarial service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with staff at branch level together with our developers
  • Co-ordinate data collection from internal and external sources
  • Undertake front line telephone support
  • Comply with company’s standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the estate agency industry

    • Skills Required:

  • Strong organisational, time management and administration skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Estate Agency or New Homes experience desirable
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft office products
