Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Location – Barnsley Salary – £40K – £44K Basic + Overtime Shifts – 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) Permanent Position Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with a highly successful Manufacturer based in Barnsley, who are actively looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their existing team. The Role Respond to breakdowns of production machinery swiftly, prioritizing production in accordance with daily plan Carry out faut finding, repair and maintenance of all production machinery Understanding and utilization of schematic drawings, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic Carry out PPM/RM on all production equipment Adherence to health & Safety, hygiene and current clean room standards Maintenance and repair of motors, 3 phase and single phase What we are looking for A proactive attitude to troubleshooting issues with equipment and finding working solutions At least 3 years’ experience of reactive and preventative maintenance Experience in a similar FMCG industry/environment Excellent communications skills Engineering qualification in either electrical / mechanical To apply for this role and find out more details, please forward your CV to Charlie Smith, Alecto Recruitment.
