This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Medical Staffing to support and lead on the recruitment and advisory service within the Trust.

This role will manage a small team and be responsible for ensuring key performance indications are delivered and support the continuous improvement of processes.

You will provide advice and guidance to managers through a range of employee relations issues, interpreting policies and procedures and have a sound knowledge of employment law. You will also have responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the Medical staff across an assigned division. This will include workforce planning needs, recruitment and training.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Medical Staffing

  • Understand Medical staff Terms and conditions including contracts and pay scales
  • Advise on all medical staff issues to clinical leads
  • Knowledge of Immigration regulations
  • Understanding Employment legislation
  • Undertake Medical people policy work
  • Understand rotas and on call
  • Understand clinical excellence awards
