Line Supervisors Perm Roles – days and backs (rotating) £33,000+ Our FMCG client is a reputable business based near Barnsley. They are looking for a number of Line Supervisors to oversee production in a busy chilled food manufacturing environment. If you are an ambitious team leader / supervisor who currently works in food or any FMCG environment and wants to develop, learn and grow their career with a business focused on its people – this is a role for you! Hours of work: Your normal hours of work are 5.30am-2pm and 1.45pm-10pm (rotating shift pattern) Monday to Friday inclusive with the exception of one week in four when your normal hours of work include Saturday and Sunday 5.30am-2pm with the following Monday as a rest day. In this position you are also required to cover one late (2 hours) every two weeks. Flexibility: As the client’s business is very dynamic, the shift pattern may change in future. Due to the nature of this role, you are expected to exercise a flexible approach to work patterns and may cover absence/sickness, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. This may include weekends and nights and it is a condition of this role that that you are prepared to do this.
