About the role

Vision for Education are recruiting for a Key Stage One (KS1) Teacher for one of our client schools in the Barnsley area. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 08:20 to 15:30. The position is to start as soon as possible and is due to finish on 1st April 2023, although you may be required longer.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Key Stage One Teacher (Full Time) you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching primary education, preferably within KS1
  • A genuine desire to become part of a committed team of primary teachers
  • A passion for working with children and helping them to grow and succeed
  • Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A DBS that is on the DBS Update Service (or be willing to undergo a new check)
  • A minimum of Level 1 Safeguarding (or be willing to undertake new training)

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
