Talent Acquisition Recruiter Our client a successful £200 million t/o manufacturing business, due to growth are seeking an Internal Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support both permanent and agency labour recruitment. Resposibilities Weekly Paid Recruitment (agency) labour planning Forecasting, Planning, KPI’s, reviews with agency suppliers Resourcing for permanent vacancies Attending job fairs Designing adverts, and posting on social media Promote the business and brand Screen candidates, and arrange interviews On boarding- arrange for all paperwork, on boarding an inductions GDPR, RTW, Employment Law and other legal compliance KPI’s- keep recruitment trackers up to date, – Has experience of working across the recruitment process as an internal recruiter Work with senior stakeholders within the business (Directors, Managers etc)Experience Has run recruitment processes from start to finish, managing from initial introduction and screening, through to scheduling interviews, setting up meetings for colleagues in the business, etc Confident communicator, willing to juggle multiple projects and processes Lead resourcing meetings, where the senior team talks through requirements, as well as who is in process and the different stage Strong diary management Writing job specs, using social media, using job boardsRole Competitive Salary DOE Permanent role Monday to Friday Based around 8,30am-5pm with flexibility Development and growth through projects and working with both senior leadership teams and Group 33 days annual leave Pension Annual salary review
