Position: Computer Science Teacher
Location: South Yorkshire (Barnsley)
Career Teachers is looking to recruit a teacher of Computer Science for a local secondary academy in the Barnsley area. The position is due to begin in March 2023 and will continue until the end of the academic year on a full-time basis, 5 days per week.
The role will involve teaching Computer Science at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is a requirement.
Key Requirements:
- Skilled Computer Science teacher at both KS3 & KS4
- A genuine passion for the subject
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ability to create diverse and exciting lesson plans
- PGCE in Computer Science/ ICT with QTS or equivalent
- An enhanced DBS certificate
