My client based in the Manvers are looking for an experienced Fleet Co Ordinator. The company are a provider for brewery equipment and steel container maintenance Duties: Control of all steel containers coming in and out of the business Scanning of new stock arriving from manufacturer Communicating closely with Production, Quality Control and Logistics departments Dealing with returns including receiving, acknowledging and scanning of containers Communicating with customers via telephone and e mail Stock replenishment including allocation of stock to production Quarterly and year end stock checks Working closely with HSE Manager undertaking monthly site inspections and audits Electronic tagging of stock Processing of scrap containers (physically removing from site) Moving around of containers to various areas both manually and using the FLT Raising invoice documentation for exports Skills Required Applicants must have some previous experience working within similar environment. Good customer service skills (will be communicating, face to face, via the telephone, e mail) Previous experience with stock control Must be computer literate, a good understanding of excel is essential Must be physically fit FLT counterbalance licence, must be either RTITB or ITSAAR, refreshed within last 3 years would be beneficial although not essential Must be physically fit, heavy lifting is involved IND123
