Family Support Worker – DCT – Service Care Solutions – Barnsley

We are looking to recruit a Family Support Worker to the Disabled Children’s Team (DCT). The role will involve undertaking short breaks assessments and annual reviews, supporting families waiting for a short break provision, family time, and working alongside social workers to support children and their families (this list is not exhaustive).

• ASAP start.
• Initial 3 month contract.
• Full time hours.

Ideally we are looking for candidates with knowledge and experience of working with children and families, preferably in the area of disabled children
