Experienced Bench Joiner
A dynamic, fast moving company is on the lookout for an Experienced Bench Joiner to join their small team based Barnsley.
Benefits
Permanent contract available
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Pay rate: £13.60 per hour
Overtime paid at time and half (Saturday mornings available)
Duties Include
Reading from designs and drawings
Building bespoke furniture, shop fittings, building sash sliding windows, stair cases and other bespoke products.
Quality checking products
Working with various hand tools
Working to measurements and cutting materials
Building bespoken products from raw materials
Skills Required
Previous experience building furniture from raw materials.
Positive attitude towards work and learning new skills will be essential.
Level 3 Joinery experience would be an advantage
Recent joinery and machine operating would be an advantage.
Good eye for details.
Ability to learn new skills.
