Office Based, WFH potential x2 days

Full Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4pm

The list of duties include:

Speaking with customers over the phone
Communicating with customers via email
Securing orders through enquiries
Securing re-orders from existing customers
Dealing with inbound enquiries
Making calls to customers at appropriate times to secure re-orders
Dealing with inbound enquiries
Making outbound calls at the right time to secure re-order
Scheduling orders
Admin duties
Managing new and existing customer accounts
Placing orders through the website
Creating sales opportunities for the sales team

Must Have:

Good communication
Customer service skills
Organisational skills
Good with computers
Good time management
Experience of outbound lead generation/account management/telesales is preferred
