Barnsley College are looking for an outstanding Course Leader to join the STEM department and lead the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering provision.

It is an exciting time to join the STEM department as we are ambitious to grow the T-Level and HE provision, along with ensuring a substantial engineering curriculum for the future. The Course Leader role involves managing a small friendly team, who are driven to ensure that all learners receive and outstanding experience whilst at Barnsley College.

The department currently has approximately 120 learners who are studying at Level 2 and Level 3 on predominately BTEC qualifications. We have strong employer links and are keen to maintain and build on these. Our engineering academies are going from strength to strength and our new Course Leader will help to shape and define the future for the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering provision.
