The Role
All our graduates will contribute to projects that add real value to the communities we serve, and no matter what part of our business you join, you will have extensive opportunities to learn and develop technical and leadership skills. Our graduate programme is a two-year structured programme which includes:
Rotational placements to enable you to gain a broad understanding of the business and build your technical expertise.
Structured development events to enhance your people and management skills.
Work-based business challenges set by the senior leadership team.
Support to work towards formal industry accreditation.
A professional body, and business mentor to support your development.
Requirements
Minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree in a Civil or Structural Engineering discipline.
Willingness to develop, progress and learn from others.
Willingness to live and work by our SPIRIT values.
Renumeration
You will receive a competitive salary in year 1 with a company car allowance. During year 2, you will be eligible for a performance related uplift to your salary.
