£550.00 per day
Initial contract 2 years from start date, possible extension for a further 2 years

We’re now looking for someone just like you to drive our plans forward, providing leadership and strategic vision for the Safeguarding Adults agenda in Barnsley.
We can’t do this alone, and as Chair of our Safeguarding Adults Board, you will encourage strong partnership working across Barnsley and constructively challenge our partners to continue developing and improving their support.
In this role, you will also develop relationships with safeguarding partnerships across Barnsley and South Yorkshire, working together to make our region a safer place for everyone. To help us keep adults across Barnsley safe, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about hearing from residents and placing their voices at the heart of all we do.
If you’re experienced in working at a Board level, can build collaboration and bring energy and passion as we continue on our improvement journey then we would love to hear from you.
As we work towards making Barnsley , there’s nowhere more exciting to hone your practice. As Chair, you will be offered training and supported by the Safeguarding Adults Board’s Manager and Executive.
