Your new role
The school are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and influential SENCO to work with them until the end of the academic year. They are looking for someone who can provide outstanding leadership or quickly develop as an outstanding leader to ensure that learning and progress with SEND continues on an upward trajectory.
You must have high expectations for students’ achievement and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence along with possessing the motivational qualities needed as a leader. Please note you will be expected to teach for approx 8 hours a week.
